For the past 25 years, D. Scott Penman and David Winton have built a strong lobbying and association management practice, Penman & Winton Consulting. With just a few clients in 1994, the partners worked together to build a thriving practice with expertise in a number of critical policy areas. Today Penman & Winton is home to more than 40 organizations.
After a successful tenure, Scott and David are excited to announce a new chapter in their professional work. On July 1, 2018, Scott Penman will lead The Penman Group where he will serve a diverse group of lobbying clients and continue the work he started in association management. David will lead the Winton Policy Group, which will focus on lobbying and government affairs for a wide array of clients. Both Scott and David will bring their experience and character to the new firms. This long and prosperous partnership provides the foundation for the highest level of service to clients.
Both firms will continue to work from the partners’ building at 124 East High Street, through 2018 and potentially beyond. Jessica Petrie will work exclusively with the Winton Policy Group and Kaycee Nail will continue work with The Penman Group as a key partner.
