OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Penman & Winton provides association management to organizations that do not have a physical office or full time staff.  Through this model, Penman & Winton acts as professional and clerical staff to ensure the day to day tasks of organizations are executed.  With a fully staffed office and state of the art equipment Penman & Winton is able to provide a full professional office to organizations.  This capacity enables Penman & Winton, on an organization’s behalf, to implement basic administrative functions as well as more advanced projects related to capacity building and organizational development. 

Penman & Winton offers organizations access to a newly remodeled office that is in close proximity to the State Capitol. Organizations have the benefit of access to a conference room (accommodates 30-35) and client office equipped with phone and computer. Penman & Winton also offers a high resolution color printer that is able to print full color 11x17 newsletters and brochures; scanner; fax machine; and copier for organizational needs.

In addition to office space and equipment, Penman & Winton provides daily operational needs including:  checking post office boxes, answering the phone, and facilitating organizational mailings.
